RoX Terms and conditions of business

All payments by cheque or money order (payable to ROX), payment, including post and packing, with order.

Post and packing must be added to the total cost at the rate of £5.00 (£7.50) for up to 5 leotards, £10.00 (£15.00)

for up to 15 leotards, (£22.50) for over 15 leotards. (Figures in brackets are for outside the U.K.)

Orders of over 15 leotards will be sent post free within the U.K. only. Outside the U.K. postage is payable on all orders.

Delivery will be by recorded delivery, 4 to 6 weeks in the U.K.

Special notes

Due to the nature of some of the materials used, care must be taken when washing.

Hand wash (inside out) only in cool water.

Do not use bleach or biological washing powders or liquids.

Do not tumble dry.

All garments ordered will be supplied subject to the following terms

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct size is ordered.

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions.

Damage due to incorrect fit is not a valid reason for return.

Returns will only be accepted if the garment is returned in "as received " condition.

Returns will not be accepted if the garment shows signs of having been worn except where the return is for reasons of faulty manufacture.

Returns will not be accepted if the garment is marked or damaged in any way.

Returns will not be accepted for failure of the material due to ignoring the washing caution.

Garments made to special order are produced to the designs and sizes requested and therefore are not returnable except for faulty materials or workmanship, which must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

RoX may, at their discretion, replace a garment where the wrong size has been ordered, subject to the above conditions.
